Job Description:
- Maintain and administer PABX and related communication Systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve hardware, software, or other PABX related problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain communication applications and related software.
- Operate master PABX consoles to monitor the performance of systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
Qualification & Experience:
- Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Computer Systems/ Computer Engineering/ Management Information System from HEC recognized institutions or from a reputable foreign university. Certficatios CCNA, CCNP would be preferred.
- Min 3 years experience in large scale organization of IT help desk management with preferably in the Healthcare/ Hospital setup.
